Sugar Coated is a serene environment where practitioners perform relaxing services. Please use quiet voices in the common area in and outside of the Sugar Coated suite. 

CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 3 DAY RETOUCH PERIOD. IF WE FAIL TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL YOUR HAIR, YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TO COME IN AND GET A RETOUCH WITHOUT CHARGE. AFTER 3 DAYS THAT OFFER IS VOID.

In consideration for our customers at the Sugar Coated, we kindly request you do not bring your babies or kids to your appointment.

No Men (unless they have an appointment)

ALL CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 5 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, arrive more that 5 mins late, will be charged 50% of total service fee. This fee can not be used for future services.  (Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, an opportunity is missed to fill that time, therefore all clients must provide a valid credit card to have on file.)

Client that No Show will be charged 100% of total service fee. This fee can not be used for future services. 

Clients with more than two No Show & No Notice will be required to prepay in full for future services before booking non-refundable.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
